What are your rates?

Our rates vary depending on the size of the home and services selected, but start at $150 for interior and exterior daytime images. For more information about our rates and packages, please visit our pricing page.

Do you charge extra for amenity photos?

We do not charge extra for amenity photos within the community.

How many photos can I expect to receive for my investment?

While we do not regulate on the number of images it takes to properly showcase a property, you can typically expect between 40-50 images for a standard size listing, depending on the number of beds/baths and amenities involved.

How long will it take to receive the photos?

Our typical turnaround time is 24 hours. We can accommodate same day requests, subject to a $50 rush fee.

How will the photos be delivered to me?

All of our images are delivered via dropbox and we produce both web and print resolution images. For best practices on downloading and preparing the images for the MLS, please see our blog post on uploading images to the MLS.

Are you able to photograph my listing on a weekend?

While we prefer to shoot all of our listings during normal business hours, we understand that sometimes it is only possible to access the property on the weekend. We can accommodate weekend shoots for a $50 fee.

What if the weather is cloudy/rainy on the day of my appointment?

Dealing with rainy weather comes with the territory when living in paradise. We are able to shoot on most occasions unless it is a downpour. In the event of nasty weather, we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule for as soon as the weather clears and our schedule allows.

Will you be able to move things around if the house is not quite ready for photography?

Due to our tight schedule, we cannot spend extra time at each property moving furniture around. For that reason, the house must be cleaned and photo ready prior to our arrival. Unless rescheduled, whatever condition the home is in when we arrive will be the condition it is photographed in.

Will you upload the photos directly to the MLS for me?

While we do not upload listing photos directly to the MLS on our agents’ behalf, we order the images and have a handy guide that makes downloading the images and inputting them into the MLS quick and easy!

Do I need to be at the photoshoot?

Not at all! We have SUPRA access, so all you have to do is slap a lock box on the door and sit back and wait for those beautiful photos to arrive in your email (along with the 1,000 other things Realtors have to do for their jobs!). However, attending at least a portion of the photoshoot can go a long way towards your branding/marketing.
